About Me

Be Authentic. Be You.

Hi, I'm Sonia, your Transformational Life Coach and Accountability Mentor. I'm passionate about making real and lasting change by helping you to unlock your authentic self in both your personal and professional life by uncovering who you truly are, acting in alignment with your values, and forging genuine connections with others.

I'm a no 'BS' Coach who is non-judgemental offering you a compassionate and empowering safe space to be yourself.

I spent a long time struggling to feel good enough in my birth family and didn't fit in from childhood. I felt like an outsider and lived in fear of failure. When we feel that we're failing it quite often keeps us stuck not to move forward.

Fast forward, when I reached my 30s I realised my true passion was helping and supporting people to achieve their full potential.

I spent over twenty years in the corporate world working with a variety of backgrounds coaching and mentoring sales teams. I was dissatisfied and restless in my previous roles and found it hard to commit to any of them without feeling unaccomplished.

I often felt burnt out working long hours as a busy professional mum raising my daughter and being consumed with guilt for not spending enough quality time with my family which barely existed.

I was exhausted and miserable. I realised something was missing. Me living my life authentically.

I've overcome some very challenging situations in my life. Living with a spouse with active alcoholism started to take its toll and I was stuck in a cycle of co-dependency and devoted all my time to trying to 'fix' my husband in the hope that he would quit drinking.

At my lowest point, I fell into a deep depression when the unthinkable happened. My mother died two weeks before my daughter was born and I was in a very sunken place. This was my very first experience of dealing with grief and losing my biggest cheerleader and role model.

I was full of self-doubt and completely overwhelmed with being a new mum with a new born to raise. I cried a lot. I felt deep pain. I questioned whether I was being a good Parent.

I kept asking myself if this is what my life is going to be like? Is this it? Being fearful, angry and hurt.

I didn't want to be unhappy all the time and I knew I needed help, and fast! So I got the help that I needed and did my research, did the therapy and the inner work.

I kicked out my inner critic putting my self-care, happiness and self-worth front and centre. I was on the start of my journey of self-discovery. The coaching, the therapy, the journaling, and the reading all paid off.

My rock bottom was the catalyst for my transformation. By working hard doing lots of inner work and reconnecting with who I am and healing I was able to find the happiness within myself that I deserved. This was my breakthrough to begin my journey of personal growth.

We all have the answers within ourselves but sometimes we need someone to help us find those answers. I graduated as a mature student with a bachelor's degree in politics and political science.

I'm still a working progress and evolving and on a learning curve and living my life authentically. I've stopped shrinking myself to fit in with societal expectations. I made the choice to live as ME.

I realised my true passion and purpose was helping and supporting others to achieve their full potential and goals, align with their core values and beliefs, build resilience and embrace the best version of themselves. I decided to train as a Life Coach.

These days, I grab life with both hands and choose joy and happiness. Life's too short not to enjoy it! I truly believe that we all have hidden Superpowers within us. The power to change your life is within you.

I thrive on helping my clients to unleash their authenticity, expand their personal development and growth, reshape their mindset to exceed their professional and life goals. I'm committed to helping them reclaim life with confidence to live purposefully and step into the best version of themselves.
